"Kiss The Clouds" is a luxury log home in the Great Smoky Mountains! This lavish cabin is located in The Prestigious Preserves Resort. This resort is nestled in the scenic Wears Valley.

The resort amenities include a seasonal outdoor pool, spa, sauna, pavilion, exercise room and wedding chapel. The view from the amenities center is absolutely breath taking.

Pet Friendly Cabin

"Kiss the Clouds" is located on a cul de sac. This Cul de sac looks over Wears Valley. You will feel like you are on the top of the mountain when you stand on the cul de sac and enjoy the view from any angle.

There is a $95.00 fee plus tax per pet per stay. We have an additional charge of $20.00 per night plus tax for every adult in your group over 4 adults. The cabin can accommodate up to 4 adults and up to 4 children. If you are booking on VRBO or AirBnB , the pet fee or additional person charge will not be added into the total. I will send you a separate payment request after you book.

The seasonal outdoor pool is open Memorial Day Weekend until Labor Day weekend.

Please note that 4 wheel drive or chains are required in snow and ice.

The space

This charmingly crafted cabin features the best in all wood craftsmanship. There are about 6 steps leading to the front porch.
Enter the cabin into the stunning full galley kitchen where you will be welcomed by stainless steel appliances, cement tile floors and everything you need to prepare your meal except for the food and spices. The kitchen opens up to the spacious dining room.

The handsome dining room table has seating for six and has two additional stools. The main level features an open floor plan with large glass floor to ceiling windows to let the sunshine in and to enjoy the magnificent mountain views.

The spectacular views can be appreciated from almost anywhere in the cabin. The cabin has hard wood floors throughout. The main level king master suite has its own private bath. The main level features an open floor plan.

While at "Kiss the Clouds", you will experience comforts such as:

3. Two spacious decks
4. Electric stone fireplace
5. Vaulted cathedral ceilings
6. Tongue and groove walls & ceilings throughout
7. Floor to ceiling glass windows
8. And in our opinion some of the best views of the Great Smoky Mountains.

Upstairs you will find a huge open loft bedroom / game room. The vaulted cathedral ceilings on the upper level gives it an open airy feeling. There is a full bath on this level with a tile shower and a Jacuzzi tub. The Upper level bedroom / game room has large glass windows to enjoy the magnificent Smoky Mountain Views. The second king bed can be found on the upper level. From here, you can walk out onto the deck where there is a hot tub to soak in after all the days activities in Gatlinburg or in Pigeon Forge. The kids will love the upper level.

There is a small kids sleeping loft which is accessed by a ladder. Here they will enjoy their own little space.

You can also challenge your family members to a game of pool where the whole family can play and enjoy some quality time together.

Other things to note

Hot Tub Waiver

If you opt to use the hot tub at Our Smoky Mountain View, I agree to the following conditions:

· No more than 6 persons

· No food or drink allowed in the tub

· No body lotions

· Rinse off before entry

· No infants

· Children 16 years of age or younger shall be accompanied by an adult

· All individuals including pregnant women and those under the influence of alcohol shall use the hot tub at their own risk.

If the hot tub is damaged it is your responsibility to contact Great Smoky Vacations at 302-803-4856.

It is the tenants responsibility to require everyone in their party to abide by these rules.

The owner’s or Great Smoky Vacations will not be held liable for any liability associated with the use of the hot tub.

1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. EST AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M. EST.
2. This is a NON SMOKING cabin.
3. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
4. PAYMENT - A 25% deposit is due upon signing contract An advance payment equal to 40% of the remaining rental rate is required 60 days before arrival and remaining balance due 14 days prior to arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the cabin rent. Please make payments in the form of credit card, traveler's checks, bank money orders, or cashiers checks. There will be a PreAuthorization hold put on your credit card for up to $300.00 for any damage done to the property.
5. CANCELLATIONS - A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. 'Bookings made less than 60 days before arrival are non refundable.'
6. MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS - Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in.
7. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to eight
(8) persons. An additional charge of $20.00 per person per night for guests in addition to eight (8) may be assessed. THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A TWO (2) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
8. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than two days, the guest will be charged the two-night rate.
9. INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.
10. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however maid services are available at an additional rate. We suggest you bring towels for the hot tub and seasonal outdoor pool. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. Please put dishes in dishwasher before you leave and take all trash to the dumpster out front. Also put back all furniture and items where you found them. An additional charge will be assessed if these check out procedures are not followed.
11. RATE CHANGES - Rates subject to change without notice.
12. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. No Subletting.
13. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
14.State of emergency- No refunds will be given unless the National Weather Service orders mandatory state of emergency in the area of residence of our vacation home (Sevierville TN).

The day that the National Weather Service orders a state of emergency area, we will refund:
a. Any unused portion of rent for that day from a guest currently registered,
b. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the state of emergency is lifted; and
c. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the state of emergency period.

15. We strive to keep the cabin in great working order but like our own home, something might be wrong from time to time. We try to get these repairs done as soon as possible as per vendors schedules permit. Refunds are not given unless your stay has to be cancelled by the owner if the property is inhabitable.

16. Children must be supervised at all times especially on the decks and ladder to the loft.
17. Guests agree not to turn the air conditioner below 72 degrees.
18. If you are traveling with a pet, you agree to abide by the pet rules and pay a $95.00 plus tax fee per pet per stay. This is in addition to the total paid to Airbnb.
19. We encourage you to get travel insurance by going to: https://www.travelprotection.insure/204.html.
20. If there are more than 4 adults in your group, you agree to pay an additional $20.00 per night per adult in your party over 4 adults.

21. At any time during, before, or after your stay with us, your information may be shared with a website designed to report guest who are disrespectful of the rental property. By signing this contract, you agree that all communications--with the exception of personal phone numbers, banking and credit card info, and street addresses--between the renter and owner regarding renting this cabin, may be recorded and published to a public web site.

22. The Preserves Resort is in the mountains. 4 Wheel drive or chains are required in snow and ice.
