"Our Smoky Mountain View" is a modern log home in the Great Smoky Mountains! This lavish cabin is located in Legacy Mountain Resort. The resort has wide, paved and well maintained roads. Legacy Mountain Resort cabins are very well built with much attention to details.

We have a $20 fee plus tax per adult per night in your group over 4. There is a $95 plus tax fee per pet per stay.

The space

While at "Our Smoky Mountain View" you will experience comforts such as:

7. Rustic yet elegant log furniture

9. And in our opinion some of the best views of the Smoky Mountains.

The main level features an open floor plan. Enter the cabin into the stunning full galley kitchen where you will be welcomed by stainless steel appliances, cement tile floors and all the conveniences of home.

The kitchen opens up to the dining room. The handsome dining room table has seating for six. The living room and dining room have beautiful hard wood floors. You can enjoy the electric stack stone fireplace in the living room.

The home is decorated with log style furnishings. Take note of all the little personal touches the owner has utilized to decorate in every corner. The living room and dining room look out over the breathtaking views of Mt. LeConte. On this floor is a master suite with its own private bathroom. This bedroom has an incredible view out its windows as well.

"Our Smoky Mountain View" is the first house you come to on the street. It's bedroom windows face east. Wherever you choose to sleep in this cabin, you will awake to a spectacular view. You will be greeted every morning with a beautiful sunrise.

Upstairs is a huge open loft bedroom / game room. There is a full bath on this level with a Jacuzzi tub. This bedroom / game room has large glass floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the magnificent Smoky Mountain Views. There is a queen bed on the upper level. This is serving as the second bedroom.

From here, you can walk out onto the deck where there is a hot tub to soak in after all the days activities in the Great Smoky Mountains or in Pigeon Forge. The kids will love the upper level. It has a small kids loft which is accessed by a ladder. Here they will enjoy their own little sleeping area. There is also a video game area on this level for the children to unwind after all your days activities.

"Our Smoky Mountain View" can accommodate up to 4 adults and up to 4 children for a total of 8 people. If you are booking on AirBnB , the pet fee or additional person charge will not be added into the total. I will send you a separate payment request after you book.

This cabin is pet friendly.

The seasonal outdoor pool is open Memorial Day Weekend until Labor Day weekend.

Come experience for yourself everything this cabin has to offer.

Guest access

You will have access to every part of the home except the cabinet under the stairs where we keep supplies like light bulbs and batteries.

House Rules

Our Smoky Mountain View
Legacy Mountain Resort
1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. EST AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M. EST.
2. This is a NON SMOKING cabin.
3. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
4. PAYMENT - A 25% deposit is due upon signing contract. An advance payment equal to 40% is required 60 days before arrival and remaining balance due 14 days prior to arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the cabin rent. Please make payments in the form of credit card, traveler's checks, bank money orders, or cashiers checks. There will be a PreAuthorization hold put on your credit card for up to $300.00 for any damage done to the property.
5. CANCELLATIONS - A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. 'Bookings made less than 60 days before arrival are non refundable'.
6. MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS - Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in.
7. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to four (4) adults and up to four children
(8) persons in total. An additional charge of $20.00 per person per night for guests in addition to four (4) adults will be assessed up to a maximum of nine (8) guests. You will not have any more people in the unit then is stated in your inquiry. THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A TWO (2) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
8. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than two days, the guest will be charged the two-night rate.
9. INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.
10. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however maid services are available at an additional rate. We suggest you bring pool towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. Please put dishes in dishwasher before you leave and take all trash to the dumpster out front. Please remember to put things back where you found them. An additional charge may be incurred if these things were not completed before leaving.
11. RATE CHANGES - Rates subject to change without notice.
12. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
13. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
14.State of emergency- No refunds will be given unless the National Weather Service orders mandatory state of emergency in the area of residence of our vacation home (Sevierville TN).
The day that the National Weather Service orders a state of emergency area, we will refund:
a. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered,
b. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the state of emergency is lifted; and
c. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the state of emergency period.
15. We strive to keep the cabin in great working order but like our own home, something might be wrong from time to time. We try to get these repairs done as soon as possible as per vendors schedules permit. Refunds are not given unless your stay has to be cancelled by the owner if the property is inhabitable.
16. Children must be supervised on the decks, ladder to the loft and while in the loft.
17. You agree not to put the air conditioner below 72 degrees.
18. If you are bringing a pet, you agree to abide by the pet terms and pay $95.00 plus tax per pet per stay. This is in addition to the quote Airbnb will give you.
19. We encourage you to get travel insurance by going to: https://www.travelprotection.insure/204.html.
20. If there are more than 4 adults in your group, you agree to pay $20.00 per night per adult over 4 in your party. This is in addition to the total charged by Airbnb.
21. At any time during, before, or after your stay with us, your information may be shared with an online website which purpose is to report guests who do not respect the rental property. By signing this contract, you agree that all communications--with the exception of personal phone numbers, banking and credit card info, and street addresses--between the renter and owner regarding renting this cabin, may be recorded and published to a public web site.

Hot Tub Waiver 
If you opt to use the hot tub at Smoky mountain Splendor, I agree to the following conditions:·       
No more than 6 persons·       
No food or drink allowed in the tub·       
No body lotions·       
Rinse off before entry·       
No infants·       
Children 16 years of age or younger shall be accompanied by an adult·      
 All individuals including pregnant women and those under the influence of alcohol shall use the hot tub at their own risk. If the hot tub is damaged it is your responsibility to contact Great Smoky Vacations at 302-803-4856.
It is the tenants responsibility to require everyone in their party to abide by these rules.
The owners or Great Smoky Vacations will not be held liable for any liability associated with the use of the hot tub.
